In 2014 year, the LED lens appeared at the Shenzhen Auto Lamp Modification Summit. In recent years, it’s very popular. According to the installation method, it can be divided into non-destructive installation and destructive installation. With nondestructive bracket, can install very easy, tighten by screws is ok. Without bracket, need to drill holes or need additional bracket to install.

According to the number of reflectors, it is divided into single cup, double cup, three cups or even four cups. According to the characteristics, it is divided into reflective light, direct light and BMW models. At present, the new car headlights are usually reflective LED lights without lenses, and the light pattern is not particularly perfect for the road.

The lens headlight uses a smaller and more compact reflective bowl to gather the light into a beam of parallel light, and then diverges into a light source with obvious cutting lines through a convex lens.

Compared with the traditional condensing method, the lens is small in size and can be easily integrated into the headlamps of different shapes.
